Job Summary
Business Analysis and Requirements Management:
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions workshops and interviews with key stakeholders and users to elicit and document project requirements.
Design and document solutions that address business needs leveraging best practices.
Work with the System Architect to identify the best technical solutions to meet business needs.
Document business requirements clearly and concisely using appropriate techniques (e.g. Data flow Business case prep user stories).
Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with Delivery Hub BES DAMO to develop comprehensive project plans timelines ensuring alignment with the overall goal when it comes to cross-cutting domains.
Stakeholder Engagement and Management:
Communicate project updates risks and mitigation strategies effectively to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program.
Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify project risks and issues. Support to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize the impact on project timelines and objectives.
Identify and document training needs for business users impacted by the integration project changes
