Graphic Designer Creative Direction & Brand Evolution
Location: Bangalore Full-time Onsite
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can provide creative direction while contributing hands-on design execution. This role is about shaping how the brand evolves visually over time ensuring it stays relevant fresh and distinctive.
What You ll Do

Lead creative direction for major campaigns and brand initiatives.

Partner with leadership to evolve the visual identity of the brand.

Create assets for campaigns launches and long-term brand programs.

Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to elevate the overall design quality.

Explore new trends tools and mediums to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
What We re Looking For

5 7 years of design experience with exposure to brand evolution projects.

Strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns identity work and creative leadership.

Ability to balance concept development with execution excellence.

Strong eye for detail typography and storytelling.

Experience mentoring or guiding design peers.
