Job Description

Industry & Sector: Operates in the Cloud Communications & B2B SaaS sector delivering enterprise customer engagement cloud telephony and contact-center solutions to businesses across India. This on-site role is designed for ambitious graduates seeking a fast-track career in technology-driven B2B sales and business development.

Primary Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads via cold calls email outreach social prospecting and on-site events to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Engage inbound leads uncover customer needs articulate product value and book qualified demos or meetings for senior sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate timely CRM records log activities update lead status and manage follow-ups to ensure pipeline hygiene.
  • Hit weekly and monthly activity and meeting-booking targets; contribute to team revenue goals through consistent outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging relay customer feedback and support targeted campaigns.
  • Participate in structured on-site training role-plays and client visits to accelerate sales skills and product knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor s degree (any discipline) with excellent spoken and written English; 0 2 years (freshers welcome) and strong desire to build a sales career.
  • Confident telecalling and email prospecting skills with basic objection-handling and qualification ability.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic CRM usage; target-driven coachable punctual and comfortable working on-site.

Preferred

  • Internship or exposure to sales customer service telecalling or B2B outreach projects.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS or cloud communications products and consultative selling principles.
  • Experience or basic knowledge of sales metrics (MQL/SQL) pipeline stages and KPI-focused reporting.
