Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester / Project Coordinator to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functionality testing client coordination and project documentation along with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. Experience with tools like Figma is highly preferred.
This is a client-facing role and the candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform functionality and UI testing of web and mobile applications.

Prepare and review Scope of Work (SOW) technical documentation and other project-related documents.

Act as a bridge between the client and development/design teams.

Coordinate with clients to gather requirements provide updates and manage feedback.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure design and functionality expectations are met.

Conduct client demos and presentations as needed.

Track project progress and assist in project planning and coordination.

Identify and report bugs follow up with developers for fixes and retesting.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in QA testing and project coordination roles.

Strong knowledge of manual testing test case preparation and defect tracking.

Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and workflows.

Experience with Figma (viewing and commenting working with UI/UX teams).

Strong skills in writing technical documents such as Scope of Work (SOW) and requirement specs.

Proven experience in client communication and project discussions.

Excellent command over English both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in parallel.
Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA Trello or Asana.

Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML CSS) is a plus.
