Primary title: Director of Software Engineering
Role & Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy and roadmap for multiple product lines; set architecture standards and ensure consistent scalable implementation across teams.
- Lead coach and scale a multi-disciplinary engineering organization recruiting performance management and career development for senior and mid-level engineers.
- Drive end-to-end delivery: prioritise initiatives define success metrics remove blockers and ensure timely high-quality releases.
- Partner closely with Product Design QA and Security to translate business goals into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Champion engineering best practices: CI/CD automated testing observability incident response and security-by-design.
- Manage budgets vendor relationships and technical due diligence for cloud third-party services and platform investments.
