Job Description: IT Minds LLC is looking for experienced and dynamic US IT Recruiters with 2 to 4 years of proven experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing screening and placement skills for IT positions with direct clients and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities: -
Source screen and evaluate candidates for IT roles in the US market.

Work on W2 C2C and 1099 employment types.

Coordinate interviews negotiate salaries/rates and close candidates.

Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.

Work with job portals (Dice Monster CareerBuilder etc.) and social media (LinkedIn etc.).
-
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and performance metrics.
Requirements: -
2 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorizations (W2 C2C H1B GC USC etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Must be comfortable working night shifts (US timings).
