Deputy Manager HR Business Partner (Night Shift) On-site India
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned night-shift operations drive people strategies that align with operational KPIs and business outcomes.
- Lead employee relations and case management for night-shift teams including investigations disciplinary actions and conflict resolution to ensure fair timely outcomes.
- Partner with operations and workforce planning to optimise rostering shift coverage capacity planning and attrition-reduction initiatives for 24x7 service delivery.
- Deliver performance management cycles: set objectives coach managers on feedback and appraisals and implement improvement plans.
- Operate and maintain HRIS-driven processes for onboarding offboarding attendance and data integrity; produce actionable people analytics for stakeholders.
- Lead local compliance with labour laws shift policies and safety protocols; collaborate with L&D C&B and operations to implement people programs for retention and engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven HRBP experience in night-shift or 24x7 operations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and people-data reporting
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance
- Demonstrable employee relations and performance-management experience
Preferred
- Experience in contact centre BPO or high-volume operations
- Certification in HR (SHRM/PHR) or advanced training in employment law
