About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer specializing in Hospitality and Retail & Commercial projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design execution from concept development to final delivery ensuring functional innovative and luxurious spaces aligned with Fashion TV s global brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

• Lead the conceptualization and development of design strategies for hospitality retail and commercial projects.

• Create design presentations mood boards and innovative layouts aligned with luxury and lifestyle standards.

• Provide design direction to junior designers and ensure alignment with client briefs.

Project Execution & Coordination

• Manage full-cycle interior design projects from planning to handover.

• Conduct site visits measurements and oversee execution to ensure quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients consultants vendors and contractors for seamless project delivery.

Material & Product Selection

• Curate luxury materials finishes furniture lighting and d cor elements suited for hospitality/retail environments.

• Negotiate and collaborate with suppliers for sourcing specifications and cost optimization.

Technical Documentation

• Develop detailed 2D drawings construction documents and 3D visuals using industry-standard software.

• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with building codes safety and design standards.

Client & Brand Representation

• Act as a primary point of contact for client design discussions and approvals.

• Ensure all design outputs align with Fashion TV s luxury brand identity.

• Contribute to project showcases case studies and design portfolio development.

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design/Architecture from a reputed institute.

• Minimum Years of proven experience in Hospitality Retail or Commercial interior projects (residential-only experience will not be considered).

• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality/retail spaces.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop and 3D visualization tools.

• Excellent knowledge of materials finishes lighting and furniture specific to luxury spaces.

• Strong project management leadership and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects under strict timelines.
