Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners where they can develop social emotional and foundational educational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities that cater to the development of children aged 0-5 years.
- Mentor and guide staff to ensure high standards of care and education are achieved in accordance with regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children adhering to safety principles and best practices.
- Monitor and assess childrens progress and development and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child s milestones.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and assess key performance indicators to improve educational outcomes.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the sustainability of nursery programs and activities.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards governing early childhood education.
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant experience in early childhood education specifically focusing on the development of children under the age of 5.
- Strong mentoring and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance related to early years settings.
- Ability to design educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children.
- Proficient in budgeting skills for resource management.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
