Job Summary
Job type: Zero hours contract
(mostly 7am - 4:30pm)
Monday - Friday
Salary: 18.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation of breakfast items salads sandwiches quiches and desserts
- To prepare a detailed handover with a full list of mis-en-place at the end of the shift
- To manage your section with pride and undertake all tasks diligently
- To comply with all Company and client policies procedures and statutory regulations
- Waste management
- Any other reasonable request of Senior Management
Qualifications :
- Production experience (desirable)
- Excellent standards and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load
- Strong communication skills
