You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join and support the Educational Inclusion and Partnerships Team. This role is based fully onsite in Kettering and requires advanced Excel skills to handle and manage a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Educational Inclusion and Partnerships Team.
Use Microsoft Excel to manage process and analyse data accurately (including formulas pivot tables lookups etc.).
Maintain and update records spreadsheets and tracking systems.
Prepare reports and documents to support team operations.
Handle general office duties including responding to queries data entry and document management.
Support team members with scheduling communications and information gathering.
Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
Advanced Excel skills including use of complex formulas pivot tables lookups and data formatting.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Experience working in a team-based office environment.
