Job Summary
About the role of Trainee Manager;
As a Trainee Manager youll gain hands-on experience across our core operational departments offering you a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day workings of our business.
Youll begin your journey at Team Member level developing in-depth knowledge in key areas such as the kitchen restaurant housekeeping bar reception and retail. As you progress youll be introduced to supervisory responsibilities and the management functions within each department.
Throughout an 18-month period youll be guided by a dedicated Mentor who will work with you to create a personalised development plan. This support is designed to help you achieve your career goals and potentially fast-track your progression into a Supervisory roleand beyond.
Departments will include:
Restaurant Kitchen Reception Bars Housekeeping and Retail

- Efficient and hard working with a can do attitude
- Enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to learn quickly
- Guest focused with the ability to build a rapport with our guests and leave a positive lasting impression
- Standards driven with excellent attention to detail
- A Service Champion who delivers the Operational Standards and seizes every opportunity To Entertain and go above and beyond our guests expectations
- Honest and trustworthy with a high level of integrity
Hours of work:
- 40 hours per week
- Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays
- Shift patterns will vary within each department but you will need to be willing to work shifts sometimes starting as early as 6am and some that will finish at 2.30am.
Pay:
- 12.96 per hour

Due to our location you will need to hold a full UK driving licence have have your own vehicle.

Qualifications :
- No formal qualifications are required for this role.
- Previous experience or a recognised qualification in hospitality leisure or a customer-facing environment is desirable.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ambition to develop a long-term career in management rather than simply seeking a short-term role.
- Strong communication and people skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
