Job Description

As a product designer youll be the passionate advocate for our users turning complex systems into simple elegant experiences. You will work at the intersection of user needs business goals and technical feasibility to deliver exceptional high-impact user experiences. Your main strength will be to demonstrate strong UX thinking and best-in-class visual execution while working closely with our lead product designer to shape the product vision and execution.

Key responsibilities.

Lead the Full Design Lifecycle

Own the entire process from initial discovery user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and testing. Youll be a strong advocate for the UX process using both quantitative and qualitative research to drive product decisions and help shape our overall UX strategy.

Communicate with Impact

Confidently and efficiently communicate design rationale and solutions to stakeholders. Youll use data-driven storytelling to build a compelling narrative around user problems and the value of your proposed solutions ensuring everyone understands the why behind every design decision.

Deliver Best-in-Class UI

Use your skills to deliver elegant intuitive and pixel-perfect user interfaces across all devices. Youll translate wireframes into accessible high-fidelity designs ready for development.

Evolve the Design System

Be a key part of our design systems growth. Youll ensure new and existing components adhere to best practices for accessibility and scalability.

Solve Complex Problems

Collaborate closely with product engineering and commercial teams to define challenges and deliver impactful scalable solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in simplifying complex data-heavy platforms.

 


Qualifications :

Experience

A minimum of 6 years of experience in a product design role. Startup experience is desirable.

Youre a seasoned designer with a proven ability to lead across the entire design process but your core strength and passion lies in UX.

Product Experience

You have a strong track record of designing for both B2B and B2C products and youre skilled at simplifying complex data-heavy systems into intuitive experiences for both web and native mobile apps.

Proven UX & UI Skills

You have a deep understanding of UX methodologies and best practices with proven experience defining running and leading user research. Your portfolio demonstrates best-in-class UI execution.

Figma & Design Systems

Youre a wizard in Figma for prototyping and creating components. You have experience helping to evolve and maintain a design system.

Technical Understanding
Comfortable working with engineers and understanding the technical trade-offs required to bring a product to life.

Agile Mindset

Youre a proactive collaborative and analytical problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced lean environment and wear multiple hats.
