Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the allocation and maintenance of staff accommodations
- Ensure housing facilities are clean safe and compliant with health & safety standards
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for new and departing employees
- Maintain updated housing records and occupancy reports
- Address staff concerns related to housing and resolve issues promptly
- Liaise with external vendors and landlords when required
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources and utilities
- Enforce company housing policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in housing or facility management (preferred in GCC)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and staff needs efficiently
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel reports email)
- Valid Bahrain / GCC driving license (preferred)
