Job Description Store Supervisor
Location: Bahrain
Department: Store / Retail Operations
Reports to: Store Manager / Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations ensuring excellent customer service managing staff maintaining inventory accuracy and achieving sales and operational targets. This role requires strong leadership attention to detail and the ability to maintain high store standards.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Supervise daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain store cleanliness visual merchandising standards and product displays.
Ensure the store meets company policies safety standards and operational guidelines.
Assist in opening and closing procedures including cash handling and reporting.
Staff Supervision
Lead train and supervise sales associates and store staff.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and support staff development.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to management.
Inventory & Stock Control
Oversee stock receiving storage replenishment and stock rotation.
Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
Ensure accurate inventory records and minimize stock loss or damage.
Coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
Customer Service
Handle escalated customer inquiries complaints and requests professionally.
Ensure the team provides excellent service and maintains high customer satisfaction.
Support sales activities and guide customers when needed.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
Monitor KPIs such as sales performance stock accuracy and service quality.
Report any operational issues maintenance needs or incidents to management.
