The Role

As aKey Account Manager at Pointsharp you will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic client relationships. This is arelationship-driven role where success comes from building trust at C-level understanding clients long-term business challenges and positioning Pointsharps IAM solutions as critical enablers of their digital transformation.

You will be accountable forclient retention growth and strategic account planning working closely with internal experts and partners to deliver tailored high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurturelong-term relationshipswith key enterprise and public sector clients.
  • Act as atrusted advisor engaging withC-level executivesand decision-makers.
  • Drive account growth throughstrategic account management upselling and cross-selling.
  • Developaccount strategiesin close collaboration with sales leadership and solution teams.
  • Conductregular business reviewswith clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
  • Providethought leadershipon IAM Zero Trust and broader cybersecurity trends.
  • Serve as theprimary point of contactfor client inquiries escalations and strategic discussions.

The Profile

We are looking for a senior strategic and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager who thrives in complex B2B environments.

  • 7 years of experiencein Key Account Management or a similar role preferably withincybersecurity or IT services.
  • Strongbusiness acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to align both client and company goals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skillsand proven ability to establish trust and credibility.
  • Extensive experience engaging and collaborating withC-level executives.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)is a strong plus.
  • Experience working through apartner network/ecosystemis highly valued.
  • Native Swedishandfluent Englishrequired.
  • Outstandingcommunication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive results-driven and able toanticipate client needswhile delivering high-value solutions.
