Registered Home Manager Residential & Nursing Care Up to 70000 Leadership Role
Our client is a well-established care provider looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a residential home with plans to expand into nursing care. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a nurse-qualified manager with experience running large homes who is passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and developing services as the home grows ensuring compliance operational excellence and outstanding care for residents.
What Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Proven experience as a Home Manager in residential or large nursing homes.
- Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations and compliance standards.
- Leadership communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to delivering person-centred care and promoting wellbeing.
- Ability to manage budgets resources and large teams effectively.
