ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Establish and maintain effective communication with the IT and Digital team partners and all relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed planning in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task several different projects in a fluid operating environment.
- Manage project development from initiation to closure and document all project activities and lessons learned.
- Be accountable for project results along with the project sponsor.
- Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete all relevant project materials including an (e.g. project charter outlining scope goals deliverables required resources budget and timing).
- Develop and manage a project work plan to track and drive milestone deliverables throughout the project. Report progress in the agreed-upon fashion.
- Act as a mediator between CIO stakeholders and team members.
- Identify any risks or issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle. As needed escalate to the project sponsor.
- Analyze data identify trends and implications as they relate to the project(s).
- Organize and manage meetings independently.
- Organize and support the HOPCo Digital Division administratively.
EDUCATION
- Bachelors in business administration project management or healthcare-related field preferred
- PMP or certificate in project management preferred but not required.
EXPERIENCE
- Two years of experience in project management preferably in the healthcare sector.
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of project management process groups and knowledge areas.
- Knowledge of Continuous process improvement.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare sector.
- Basic competency in PowerPoint Excel Power BI and SmartSheet.
SKILLS
- Skills in relationship building

ABILITIES

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS
