Clinton Prairie Elementary School is now accepting applications for the following position:
- Elementary Office Administrative Assistant
- Greeting and assisting students families and visitors in a professional manner
- Answering phones responding to inquiries and directing calls
- Maintaining accurate student records and files
- Managing attendance and enrollment documentation
- Supporting administrators teachers and staff with scheduling and communications
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Assisting with other office duties as assigned
- Take Initiative to Run the Elementary Office
- Knowledgeable about Technology
- Self-motivated
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience working as an administrative assistant preferred
