Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. As a BDC Representative you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in our Service department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential customers through various channels including phone calls emails and online chat
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for our service team
- Collaborate with the service team to develop effective strategies for business development
- Utilize software systems to manage customer information track leads and monitor service activities
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote our products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with dealership operations and automotive industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet projected targeted goals
- Proficiency in using software systems for data management and reporting
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively
