Progyny is seeking a Growth Marketing Campaigns Associate who will manage and execute end-to-end production of marketing campaigns to drive member acquisition and engagement.
What youll do...
Manage the end-to-end production process for email campaigns and push notifications
Develop and implement growth marketing campaigns (email push) that align with business KPIs and drive member acquisition.
Analyze and monitor campaign performance metrics providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated with other marketing and product initiatives.
Communicate campaign updates and results with stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing campaigns.
Solicit requirements specifications and assets from business analysts for email campaigns.
About you...
At least 2 years of B2C marketing experience
Experience creating campaigns in Mailchimp SFMC or Braze type marketing platforms
Strong abilities in problem-solving project management skills and highly organized
Experience with quality assurance processes extreme attention to detail
Track record of executing growth campaigns (email and push) in a fast-paced environment with a high-degree of accuracy
Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Excel with an interest in and ability to perform data analysis.

In compliance with New York Citys Wage Transparency Law the annual salary wage range for NYC-based applicants is: $55000 - $65000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range including but not limited to external market benchmark data geographic location and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary cash bonus and equity.
