Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)JOB SUMMARY:The Behavior Technician will provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their teachers and families. This position is responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed the Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: Behavioral Technician (RBT) (2) years experience OF AUTHORITY: Reports to the Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Supervisor and Building : a BACB approved RBT course and keeps registration to the BACB the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming in a 1:1 and oversee student behavior data on all programming and writes progress and consults with school staff family and other Team in in-service programs and presents in-service programs as and adheres to established policies and all staff meetings and student conferences/meetings as confidentiality and safeguards all patient related reports to BCBA/Supervisor any patient incidents/variances or to district standards and consistently interprets and accurately performs all assigned acceptable attendance status per district all incomplete work assignments to BCBA/ is always within district standards; is clean and well effective time management a clean and neat work sound judgment critical thinking and decision current CPR other duties as assigned.
