Job Summary
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
- Assist in setting and managing periodical food and beverage budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze monthly P&L statements and reports identifying deviations from business plan goals
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create attractive food products and improve food quality.
- Implement and maintain policies and standards for Food and Beverage operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and execute emergency procedures when necessary
- Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Proven track record in budgeting forecasting and P&L analysis.
- Strong leadership and excellent customer service skills
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
