Job Description
Ibis Budget Auckland Central is looking for a talented and passionate Night Auditor wishing to expand their knowledge in a hotel environment.
As a Night Auditor your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests from all corners of the world to our hotel whilst building relationships with new and regular guests.
- Manage account queries perform register audits close shifts and process account adjustments.
- Execute and maintain the Night Audit process including daily reconciliation of the hotels transactions.
- Compile and distribute daily reports as requested.
- Providing a smooth arrival and departure to our guests.
- And most importantly working a long side a fantastic team!
Qualifications :
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements you also have:
- Experience in a hotel environment
- Proven audit exposure and experience is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a nature that successfully connects with all guests.
- The right to work in New Zealand
