Role Qualification
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration/ Business Analytics Data Science Information Systems Economics or related field
68 years of relevant experience in data analytics data management consulting or technology-enabled environments
Proven hands-on experience with Alteryx (workflow development macros automation)
Proficient in Power BI (data modeling DAX dashboard creation interactivity)
Strong command of data structures ETL processes and data normalization techniques
Demonstrated experience in automating and optimizing data pipelines and reporting workflows
Familiarity with SQL APIs and cloud-based data sources (Azure AWS)
Experience working in agile cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical work into business impact
Experience in benchmarking market intelligence or strategic insights (preferred but not required)
Role Description
Design build and maintain automated data loading frameworks that support seamless integration of benchmarking datasets
Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows to process clean and structure large volumes of internal and external data
Create visually compelling and interactive Power BI dashboards that communicate key benchmarking metrics to internal stakeholders and clients
Collaborate with data stewards and product owners to optimize data pipelines improve data quality and ensure data integrity across sources
Act as a technical liaison between analytics IT and business teams to implement scalable data solutions
Manage regular updates to benchmarking tools including app configuration error handling and version control
Lead initiatives to automate manual processes involved in data collection transformation and report generation
Contribute to the development of new benchmarking methodologies and KPIs aligned with evolving client needs
Support data governance practices including metadata documentation and compliance with data privacy standards
Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in analytics automation and data storytelling
Monitor performance and continuously improve benchmarking app infrastructure for efficiency and reliability
