GLOBAL DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT - CHLOÉ FRAGRANCES

As a Digital Assistant at Coty you will shape innovative digital strategies for a leading fragrance brand. This position offers unparalleled exposure to cutting-edge digital transformation projects in a global company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Digital Marketing Chloé Fragrances Assistant your focus is digital transformation strategy.

You will contribute to the digital growth of Chloé Fragrances across various digital pillars ensuring successful implementation of innovative strategies. Demonstrating a passion for digital innovation and a flair for analytical thinking you will be at the heart of Chloés digital initiatives. From collaborating on creative projects to analyzing performance you will play an essential role in driving digital excellence.

Your main focus:

• Participation in the creation of toolkits for launches and key selling periods (e.g. Christmas Mothers Day): briefing for social media and e-retail content creation of deliverables (assets tools guidelines).
• Support teams in the production of digital content and manage assets upload content to internal platforms oversee rights management and content expiration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor the digital ecosystem perform market analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Analyze the performance of digital strategies: preparing activation reports tracking KPIs.

The team consists of 1 Digital Director 1 Digital Manager and 2 Digital Project Managers and you will work closely together with several departments such as marketing influencer marketing e-commerce media and creative agencies. • Have a solid understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Possess strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Are proficient in the MS Office suite and major social media platforms (Meta Pinterest Snapchat TikTok).
• Have excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills.
