Qualifications :
PhD in Molecules of Infection IV; studies in the role of molecules of infection IV in B cell-and antibody-mediated protection in lymphotoxin beta receptor-deficient mice during Toxoplasma gondii infection; expertise on understanding immune cells in cancer and using the knowledge to develop and improve cancer immunotherapy; to be able to explore novel mechanisms that identify T cells that are involved in the response against tumors after treatment with the anti-PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor; to characterize markers on T cells that govern responsiveness to this type of treatment which will permit the identification of new treatment targets and strategies to improve immunotherapy
