Job Summary
Thanks to our continued growth the Dutton Automotive team is expanding and we are on the lookout for a full-time Vehicle Buying Coordinator to join our team.
This role is suitable for self-motivated individuals who have sales experience or simply the drive to learn something new. This full-time Monday to Friday role will see you proactively source and purchase vehicles on behalf of the business driving strong results and profitability.
You will enjoy more than just a rewarding role; our Port Melbourne location is a state-of-the-art facility with on-site parking and is just a short walk from great coffee shops and cafes. Its a vibrant supportive environment where you can do your best work (and keep your weekends to yourself).
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing vehicles in collaboration with internal valuers.
- Accurately maintain and manage all contract documentation related to vehicle purchases.
- Daily update and manage CRM.
- Liaising with the internal logistics team.

- Customer-focused with a talent for quickly building genuine rapport.
- Highly organised able to manage your day independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Motivated by KPIs and enjoys working towards rewarding goals.
- Strong verbal communication time management and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high commitment to success.
