Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Hospitality Attendant position supports our Sales & Marketing teams by providing exceptional service to potential owners attending tours and presentations. This role ensures buffet and dining areas are clean well-stocked and inviting creating a welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience during owners breakfast events. This role requires someone that is friendly has strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a keen eye for the details. Individual who has a passion for people and being of service to others is required. Individual must possess and adhere to the following company core values: Integrity Passion Work Ethic.
As a Food and Beverage Hospitality Attendant you will;
- Stock and replenish buffet items including soups salads desserts and beverages.
- Prepare and maintain coffee and juice dispensers.
- Monitor and dispose of garbage is promptly and appropriately.
- Clean and sanitize tables chairs and dining surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floors and dining areas.
- Replenish and keep all drink stations clean.
- Sweep and mop floors as needed to maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance as scheduled.
Qualifications :
- 1 year of experience in hospitality retail or other service-related industries preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean organized environment.
- Reliable punctual and able to maintain regular attendance as scheduled.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods lift up to 25-50 lbs. and perform cleaning tasks as required.
