Role Overview:
Monitor production activities closely adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain accurate timely records to guarantee traceability and full compliance with cGMP standards
Uphold regulatory compliance and promote a safe working environment at all times
Proactively suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives to boost process efficiency and product quality
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Pharmacy Chemistry or a related field
Hands-on familiarity with pharmaceutical production processes
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify anomalies or deviations
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced deadline-driven environments
