We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our Real Estate team in Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis with the flexibility to work up to 2 days per week from home.

As a key addition to our team some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Trust receipting including arranging general and trust accounts transfers in accordance with the Queensland Law Society requirements
  • Disbursing settlement funds to clients and third parties
  • Preparing and sending client invoices
  • Preparing client banking tables
  • Reviewing and processing disbursements
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
  • Opening closing and maintaining electronic and hardcopy files
  • General administrative tasks including scanning uploading documents and archiving

More About You

The successful candidate will ideally have some legal administration experience as well as the following attributes:

  • Great communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
