Key Accountabilities
- Independently manage and complete assigned projects delivering results within agreedtimelines and milestones
- Optimize production unit operations by analyzing performance data and implementing processimprovements ensuring compliance with Safety and Environmental regulations
- Work with all divisions of the complex to solve any site production problems
- Participate in the development and monitoring of operating budgets (fixed and variable costs)partnering with Finance to control operating costs and report monthly performance metrics
- Support the development of operating procedures; review and validate training material;update documents required for ISO certification
- Develop strong working relationships with Integrated Planning and Business Teams to driveunit optimization.
- Identify optimization opportunities using knowledge of variable production costs and proposeinnovative project ideas.
- Provide technical support to Sales Marketing and Customer Service teams to address clientspecifications and inquiries.
- Develop personnel management skills including understanding policies and practices forsupervising employees
Formal Education
- University Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Working Experience
- 5 years relevant experience
- Ethylene Furnance/ Heater Experience Preferred (but not required)
Required Personal/ Professional Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with good interpersonal verbal and written communication skill
