The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Learning and Development team you will support the creation and implementation of impactful learning initiatives. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers a unique chance to engage with diverse teams enhance your analytical abilities and build meaningful connections within the organization.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Masters Degree in English Communicative English Mass Communication
- Possessing knowledge of MS Office Suite and G Suite
- Utilizing Power BI and Alteryx for data analysis
- Managing LMS and Learning Hub effectively
- Excelling in client communication and SME interaction
- Generating insightful reports and dashboards
- Open to learning new skills and tools
- Adapting to new situations with flexibility
- Demonstrating attention to precision and awareness of industry trends
