The Head of Enterprise Architecture will collaborate with executive teams and other stakeholders to define and develop the enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with Cepal Hellass goals. This leader will ensure that the architecture framework supports current and future business needs enables effective business transformation and adheres to industry standards.
Main Accountabilities
- Define the enterprise architecture vision strategy and framework that aligns with the organizations overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the architecture development process ensuring that it meets the organizations requirements for scalability security and performance.
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to promote standardization develop guidelines and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.
- Assess and analyze emerging technologies and frameworks recommending changes and updates to the enterprise architecture as necessary.
- Lead the design and architecture of integrated systems applications and data in accordance with the overall enterprise strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across technology teams to align with the enterprise architecture vision.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across all levels of the organization.
RequirementsEducation Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture technology strategy or related areas with a focus on large-scale solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF Zachman).
- Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS Azure) data architecture and integration strategies.
- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
