What Youll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position Title: SAP LX iXp Intern AI Developer

Location: São Leopoldo RS

Expected start date to end date: November 2025 - November 2027

• Research and develop AI agents using modern programming techniques.
• Design develop and deliver new features as part of an agile team.
• Learn do make mistakes learn and do again.
• Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish product objectives.
• Bring and implement suggestions and ideas.
• Contribute to overall team initiatives.
• Have the opportunity to work with the following technologies:
  • Python
  • LLMs/AI agents
  • LangChain/LangGraph
  • Kubernetes

What Youll Bring

• Undergraduate students in IT/Computer Science or related areas (from the 2nd semester onwards or expected to graduate in approximately 24 months).
• Strong programming logic is required and programming skills are a plus.
• Advanced English skills.
• Strong teamwork skills pro-active and results-focused.
• Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated open-minded resourceful agile and pragmatic.
• Willingness to read documentation/papers and experiment with new ideas in a research-oriented environment.
• Enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

The Language Experience (LX) team is SAPs central unit for language technology and services and is responsible for the translation of products into SAP-supported languages. We utilize various tools to achieve our business goals and LX is pioneering a new cloud-based translation solution.
