- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Excel Word and presentation tools.
- Strong knowledge of hyper-scale electrical and mechanical systems as well as NFPA70e and OSHA laws specific to facilities and critical settings.
- Must demonstrate a working knowledge of electrical and life safety systems typically used in critical environments.
- Knowledgeable in energy management systems.
- knowledge in all building system operations maintenance and repair.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and complex workflows.
- Excellent leadership communication interpersonal skills collaboration and presentation skills.
- Strong customer focus with a proactive solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
