Position Mission:Support for planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the distributors SAP PM module. Ensure the availability operation and reliability of equipment and tools so that they are available and in good condition with a focus on operational efficiency and industrial safety. Track expenses and investments in operation and maintenance work and monitor and deliver operation and maintenance KPIs.

Your Impact:As a Maintenance Planner you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions: Supporting the distributors technical maintenance team in scheduling the required maintenance activities in SAP PM CMMS Project Excel dashboards KPIs etc. generating preventive and corrective maintenance plans in conjunction with the operations and maintenance managers based on criticality analysis frequency effectiveness and cost efficiency and following up reporting progress and providing feedback on the Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) and its performance indicators at the distributor.

Requirements:To join our team as Operations and Maintenance Manager we are looking for:

  • Education and Experience:Industrial Engineering Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related engineering fields such as: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Chemical Engineering etc.
  • Technical Skills: Preventive corrective and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Operation and maintenance of industrial plants in the energy sector preferably measuring stations transport pipelines and natural gas distribution systems.
  • Knowledge of applicable standards for natural gas distribution and transport.
  • Knowledge of internal procedures for the operation and maintenance of distribution and/or transport.
  • Management of quality safety and environmental management systems preferably under ISO-9001 ISO-14001 OHSAS or similar schemes.
  • Use and management of SAP PM Module (Intermediate-Advanced)
  • Use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) administrative software Project (Intermediate)
  • Key Competencies:Effective time management leadership and teamwork information analysis and initiative problem solving and organization and planning.
  • Languages: Intermediate English
