Job Title: Associate - Finance (Hotel Operations)
Location: Infomate Head Office Colombo 01
Shift: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Job Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliations generate reports and process invoices.
- Arrange invoices according to specific requirements.
- Print scan and upload invoices.
- Communicate with clients.
- Address inquiries from the Business Unit (BU).
- Work toward achieving targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a proactive and positive attitude.
Person Specifications
- Part qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CA/AAT/CMA or following a Finance & Accounting related degree program.
- Completion of GCE O/L and A/L Examinations.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in basic finance & accounting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Exposure to SAP/ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
