**This role requires a relocation to Greece for which we offer a relocation package)**

Your Responsibilities:

Be the friendly voice and help customers via phone email or chat
Assist with customer inquiries troubleshooting and problem resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
Update and maintain customer records in our system well provide full training .
Collaborate with your team to solve more complex issues teamwork makes the dream work .
