Are you ready for a fresh start in one of the most stunning places in Europe We are looking for enthusiastic Finnish-speaking Customer Support to join our international team on the sunny island of Crete!
**This role requires a relocation to Greece for which we offer a relocation package)**
Your Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly voice and help customers via phone email or chat
- Assist with customer inquiries troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
- Update and maintain customer records in our system well provide full training .
- Collaborate with your team to solve more complex issues teamwork makes the dream work .
