Job Description
GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing is a company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions the aviation and aerospace industry.

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) will troubleshoot repair inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA/JAA regulations.
In your role you must have AIRCRAFT repair experience.

- Minimum of 1 year of structural sheet metal repair / modification experience or substantiated similar experience
- Minimum of 1 year of corporate / commercial jet experience
- Completed Sheetmetal A/C Tech school or equivalent schooling
- A&P license OR A license OR Repairman certificate is preferred
- Able to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written) aircraft status
- Own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools
- Demonstrated ability to train other employees is preferred
- Ground Support Equipment Qualification may be required
- Comfortable with shift work (12 hours shifts overnights weekends holidays) including nonscheduled overtime
- You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (if applicable)
- Enjoy working on commercial aircraft growing professionally and being part of a team passionate about CRJs.
