Key Responsibilities Goals and Objectives - As the Director of Healthcare Services heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

• Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services ensuring the highest quality of patient care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and manage a team of nurses therapists CNAs aides and social workers to ensure patient goals are met
• Conduct in-home assessments for new patients
• Develop and maintain care plans for allpatients
• Oversee all clinical and quality programs ensure clinical compliance of all caregivers
• Recruit hire orient train supervise and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers
• Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures
• Assess patient/client needs resolve issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/client care
• Work closely with the owner/CEO to ensure all compliance requirements are met

Requirements/Qualifications - A few must-haves for a Director of Healthcare Services:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in MT
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in home healthcare
• At least 5years of supervisory and caregiver management experience
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards
• Excellent management organizational problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills
• Team focus - willingness roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary for the good of the team
• Knowledge of local healthcare delivery systems and/orDept. of Veterans Affairs healthcare system is strongly preferred
• Sound business acumen - masters degree in business or healthcare administration is preferred
