Revenue Org @ Pave

The Revenue pillar of Pave includes our Customer Success Marketing Partnerships Revenue Operations Sales and Strategy teams. This community drives business growth and ensures every Pave client achieves transformative results with compensation intelligence.

Our go-to-market engine operates at the intersection of strategy and execution moving prospects from initial discovery to scaled implementation across enterprise organizations. The sales team partners closely with compensation leaders to identify strategic opportunities while customer success ensures clients maximize ROI through our complete platform suite - from benchmarking and band creation to merit cycles and total rewards communication.

The rev ops team optimizes our entire client lifecycle using data-driven insights while marketing translates complex compensation challenges into clear value propositions. Our partnerships team expands Paves ecosystem reach through strategic HRIS and financial system integrations.

Over the next year our focus centers on accelerating growth in the enterprise segments while deepening client relationships through expanded use cases. Were seeking revenue professionals who are passionate about solving complex compensation challenges and driving measurable business impact for the worlds most innovative companies.

Product Support Team

Youll become a Pave product and compensation expert and youll use that expertise to support our growing global customer base. Youll make sure Paves customers understand the product and derive value from our products and be the front line of defense in keeping our customers happy and unblocking their daily questions while enjoying our product.

Youll do this in partnership with the Account Management team Engineering team and our Customer Success Engineering team to serve and interact with our customer base.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Provide hands-on support to our customers to ensure their ongoing happiness
  • Work both within the application and on backend integrations to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Have an empathetic approach to customers so that they feel heard understood and confident that you will resolve their issue quickly
  • Work closely and conduct root-cause analysis with our Engineering teams.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and a clean handoff to other team members on unresolved issues
  • Help document and create enablement material to encourage customers to self-serve
  • Work effectively with Technical Account Manager and Account Executive teams to manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize and context-switch effectively to execute on simultaneous cases seeing each through to the finish line
  • Be a critical thinker and problem solver to understand what the customer is asking to resolve their issue in as few of steps as possible
  • Become an expert on all things Pave
  • Work with a fantastic tenured team that works hard and has fun doing the hard work

What youll Bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Finance Engineering Business or equivalent experience
  • Superior communication organizational and time-management skills
  • Creative problem solving skills; you search for solutions that solve our customers needs that may not be immediately obvious.
  • Innovative thinker - you want to improve processes and bring new ideas not just ask what should I do
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent cross-functional teamwork capabilities
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
  • Technical curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools and technologies
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Youre hungry to join a successful start-up and are excited to move quickly operate in uncharted territories and wear a lot of different hats that extend beyond your core responsibilities.
  • Added Bonus: You have API HTML JSON JAVA SQL or equivalent experience.

We are hiring for a specific shift within our Product Support Team days & times listed below:

Wednesday - Saturday

8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Local UK Time // UTC)

*Please note this position will be hybrid.

Compensation Its What We Do.

Salary is just one component of Paves total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity top-notch medical dental and vision coverage an unlimited PTO policy and many other region-specific benefits. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. This salary range may include multiple levels.

The targeted cash compensation for this position is (level depends on experience and performance in the interview process):
