Java Principal Consultant

Infosys is looking for a Java Principal Consultant. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
11 years of experience in Java ReactJS applications development.
Proven experience in architecting and delivering solutions for healthcare or insurance clients
Ability to work closely with healthcare providers payers and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that address critical health system needs.
10 year experience in Microservices Kafka OAuth 2.0 RESTful APIs Spring Boot MongoDB Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) Git Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes.
10 years of experience in Agile development CI/CD pipelines Unit Testing (JUnit) and (Git Azure DevOps).
Strong experience withAzure cloud servicesand deployment pipelines.
Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with EHR/EMR systems (e.g. Epic Cerner) or insurance platforms (e.g. Facets HealthEdge Guidewire).
Exposure to healthcare analytics claims processing member/provider portals or virtual care platforms.
Certifications in Java cloud technologies or healthcare IT (e.g. HL7 FHIR).
Exposure to healthcare analytics AI/ML or population health platforms.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with onsite-offshore coordination.
Experience in leading & guiding technical teams.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
