Ourmaintenance team is responsible for the upkeep and repair of district facilities including maintaining amechanical electrical and other general maintenanceareas in the district.
Anindividualwho holds thispositionis requiredto:
- General maintenanceduties as assigned by Director of Operations
- Perform various maintenance tasks such as minor electrical plumbing and facility repairs.
- Perform general labor inside and outside the physical plant including handling materials and supplies moving equipment and operating power-driven equipment
- Drive district vehicles and equipment such as mowers
- Assist with maintaining seasonal grounds work such as snow ice and leaf removal and lawn care.
- Assisting with athletic field set up/maintenance.
- Assisting with facility setups.
- Maintain facilities in accordance with state and local safety and code requirements
- Replacing ceiling tiles light bulbs and ballasts.
- Checking water treatment systems for proper operation.
- Checking on freezer HVAC and broiler for proper operation.
- Indoor and Outdoor work opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successfulperformance.
- General maintenancebackground
- Must hold a validDriver License
- Ability to use various hand and power tools on a regular basis to perform daily functions of the job.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to operate with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain an orderly workspace.
- Ability to relate to students staff and parents in a positivemanner
- Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form
- Ability to follow written and oral communication
- Ability to problem solve.
Shift:
School Year:7:00a.m. until 3:30p.m. M-F
Summer Hours: 4/10 hour days; 7:00 until 5:00 M-Th
Starting Salary Range:
$19.00 - $21.40 per hour
12 months
