Senior Project Manager (software)
Location: Wrocław
We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience from development of Embedded Systems and/or Cyber Security to the DeLaval Project Management Office.
Key responsibilities
- Project and Program execution
Lead the planning execution and delivery of the project while efficiently managing dependencies and risk efficiently.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
Build efficient program and project teams provide direction and fostering open communication to achieve objectives efficiently.
- Stakeholder collaboration
Manage relationships and communications with stakeholders including upper management product management IT engineering supply chain and market ensuring transparency and involvement.
- Strategic planning
Establishing goals and plans by understanding and aligning with long-term organizational goals securing the project expected benefit and business case.
Qualifications and experience
- Extensive experience in managing software development projects within a product development environment preferably in complex systems integrating both hardware and software components.
- Several years of experience with agile methodologies combined with the ability to adapt to hybrid approaches incorporating elements of a more traditional waterfall model.
- Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Experience of SW cyber security is beneficial

Additional information
- The position will be part of the Division Product Development and will report to the PMO manager at Product Development in Poland.
- This is a full-time permanent position based at DeLavals R&D hub in Wrocław.
- We offer a hybrid workplace model allowing flexibility to work remotely.
- Travel will be part of this position.
