Job Summary
The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Develop And Implement Automation Scripts Using Itil Frameworks And Asset Management Principles To Streamline Service Delivery And Enhance Operational Efficiency.
2. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Automation Tools Resolving Issues In Servicenow And Bmc Remedy To Ensure Uninterrupted Service And Optimal Performance.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features In Ca Service Desk Manager And Avanti Ensuring That Solutions Meet Client Expectations And Enhance Service Capabilities.
4. Document Processes Solutions And User Guides To Facilitate Knowledge Transfer And Support Future Enhancements In Automation And Asset Management.
Skill Requirements
1. Basic Understanding Of Asset Management Principles And Itil Practices.
2. Familiarity With Servicenow Bmc Remedy And Avanti Platforms.
3. Fundamental Knowledge Of Coding And Scripting Languages Relevant To Automation Projects.
Certification
1. Itil Foundation Certification Is Recommended.
