EHCP Case Coordinator -Job Profile
This is an exciting time to be joining Haverings Assessment & Placement Service whose role within the wider SEND Service is to manage the statutory processes relating to Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The team have grown significantly with a varied range of new roles created which contribute to a strong sense of belonging within the team support and development for all team members and many opportunities for career progression.
EHCP Case Coordinators provide play a vital administration and coordination role within the support of SEND Case Officers and the Assessment & Placement Services Management Team they will be responsible for accurate and timely completion of a range of administrative processes including timely communication with families and educational settings and accurate recording of information on the Councils case management system (Liquid Logic) preparing files / bundles to support panel and other decision-making channels among other processes.
We are seeking applications with excellent organisational communication time management and prioritisation skills who are keen to deploy these and other experience of administrative and coordinating roles to support vulnerable children and young people.
