Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join our healthcare team. This vital role ensures smooth patient flow and accurate record management contributing to a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform clerical and reception duties to support daily clinic operations

- Maintain and update patient medical records accurately and securely

- Check patients in and out for appointments ensuring a seamless process

- Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendars

- Obtain new patient information and verify insurance details

- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for services

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

- Complete other clerical duties as assigned to support team functions

Requirements

1. Healthcare reception experience required.

2. High school graduate or equivalent required

3. eCW experience preferred.

4. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

5. Graduate of certified medical office training course CNA or Medical Assistant preferred.
