Job Summary
Job Description
- Plan organize direct and supervise the department program which includes: recreational restorative care pastoral care social work music therapist and volunteers.
- Implement and evaluate program relating to the physical emotional social intellectual and spiritual needs of the residents.
- Coordinate activities with those of other departments and inform administration of departmental activities needs and problems.
- Develop departmental goals and objects.
- Actively participate in program delivery.
- Develop implement and monitor programming budget.
