The Development & Process Lead is responsible for designing implementing and optimizing organizational and technical processes to enable efficiency scalability and cross-team collaboration. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution ensuring that workflows tools and methodologies are aligned with company goals. The position requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on involvement in process design implementation and continuous improvement.
